i don't have any time in my schedule to exercise or participate in a school sport.. see my dilemma.? ahh help

It's extremely unhealthy to lose weight fast. However, I've tried to lose weight as well and I have, but its a long process. Cut out soda, most sugars and high carb food.While doing that, exercise at least 3 times a week for at least 15 minutes. also, some say to eat 5 small meals throughout the day to keep your metabolism up. I haven't tried that because I find it very hard to keep up with.

There is always the meat diet (make sure that the meat is healthy). It's really hard just a warning. You eat nothing but meat for two weeks; then you slowly add lettuce, nuts, and cheese into your diet; then add the rest of the vegetables; then fruit and so on. By the end of the first two weeks you will have lost your craving for sugar. And of course when eating meat there are some setbacks. It can be really hard on the digestion system. If this occurs you can add lettuce and nuts earlier than the two weeks.

The grapefruit diet. I lost 20 pounds in 5 weeksl. Its a stricked diet but it works quick. no carbs at all. for breakfast you have to have 2 strips of bacon and a 1/2 grapefruit. I always added eggs. You can have as much meat and veggies you want at every meal. but you have to have a 1/2 of grapefruit with every meal. the grapefruit is a natural fat burner. no sugar. you can have as much butter and salsa you want. If you must go out to eat, just make sure you take a grapefruit with you and order food on your diet. just no sugar and no carbs. and no eating in between meals. At night if I was hungry and couldnt wait until the next day it didnt hurt if I had a small bowl of cereal or if I was in desparate need of something sweet. oH! And you have to make sure you cheat every 12 days for 2 days so that your body doesnt get too use to the diet. you can google the grapefruit diet and it would give you better details then i can. Don't go on a crash diet, seriously, because when you eat again it will all come back twice as fast and as fat, just eat as much as you have to by recommend health standards ans like run at the gym or something to work off any dessert or fattier foods. it may take a little longer but ask a doctor before trying any weight loss pillsHealth Question & Answer

Losing weight super fast is not healthy. Gimmicks like laxatives and liquid diets don't work and could make you sick. There is no quick way. I know it's not what you want to hear, but eating right and exercising is the only way. Go to your doctor and get some advice from him/her.
