Question: What do I do.? fitness section.?
Ok.
So everyone was right that I would burn myself out with the amount that I was working out.
I thought I wouldn't...but I did
And also...I ran out of ritalin so I've had a big appetite today...and what do I feed it with.?
I've had 4 cookies today!!!! Ahhh

I felt so shitty that I threw it up! Which I was doing so good with NOT purging. I've been obsessing about the scale again

But my major question is...how do I get excersising again without burning myself out again.?
How can I do this.?
