How does the APPLE DIET work?!

if you are told to eat nothing but apples for a meal, two meals or more a day DON'T DO IT. this is just another fad diet. you will inevitably fail and since you didn't learn how to eat correctly from the beginning, you will go back to your old eating habits, gain your weight back and possibly more. That's an excellent question, I would like to know the answer to this also. I have not heard of the APPLE DIET before so it must be new. I will save your question to see the results.
