Health Question & Answer

Answers:
I do not consume caffeine as I quit on February 21, 2008 and have not consumed coke products since April 19, 2005.

I am glad I quit drinking caffeine, but the weird thing is no consumption of caffeine has made me jittery than before as noticed by my boss three weeks after my last usage and several others at different times afterward. I did it because I wanted to get my teeth whiten, and I wanted to avoid caffeine stains.

I gave up drinking coke after watching a documentary on household cleaning products. I saw how one person used coca cola to clean his nails for an upcoming project and how another used it to clean his driveway. Both demonstrations made me realize that Coca Cola is dangerous to your internal organs.Health Question & Answer

many times. you just throw up from it. no big deal. but seriously.. quit. I stopped drinking coffee two weeks ago and I didn't realize exactly how big of a difference it makes. you get a huge headache for 2 days, but afterwards everything is so clear and you are so calm and relaxed.

I don't know about over-dosing, but I've definitely drank so much caffeine that I was light headed, sick to my stomach, semi-crazy, and really jittery.Health Question & Answer

I honestly don't get "caffeine addiction" at all. I don't see what the big deal is - BUY SOMETHING ELSE - period...
