How can i put on more weight/muscle?!
Question: How can i put on more weight/muscle.?
i am 5'10", 153 lbs, and 18 years old. my bench is 215, squat is 385, and powerclean is 175. the problem is that i have been stuck at these numbers for a while. i work out about 3times a week, take EAS protien before every workout, and allow about 4 days rest for each muscle group. my muscles are also sore after every workout, but i just don't get stronger. can anyone help.? also if you can tell me a great bicep workout, because i have tried just about everything, and i cannot make my biceps sore the next day.
