ok so im a p.t and it u were my client obviously id send u2 a doc and i would not comment 4 legal reasons. however.. in my opinion...! when u start eating healthy and not much junk, or rarely eat junk or wateva your body starts to become intolerant to those kinda of foods... it happens to most of my clients (who follow what i tell them too eat lol.) the body gets used to runninf off whats good for it, good quality food!! And u put garbage in it and it just doesnt wana run off it!
