Question: Is it ok to exercise if you're slightly hungover.?
I had a few beers last night and I'm a bit hungover today. Not much, though. I just feel like I got "drunk" sleep and not restorative sleep. Will working out be ok or will it make me feel worse.?Health Question & Answer
