What is a good exercise routine for a teenage girl?!


Question: What is a good exercise routine for a teenage girl.?

I am a 16 year old girl looking to lose 10pounds as soon as possible. My main target is my legs my tummy and my hips. it would be fantastic if somebody could post a simple exercise plan for each day of the week.? Maybe a exercise plan to help me lose 300 calories that i eat or more.
