Last year if someone were to tell me to go out for a run, my response would be to laugh in their face... "imagine..."

but i actually tried it THE RIGHT WAY.
starting off by walking everyday for 45 minutes, for about a week... just to get back into the groove. then start jogging for a week, then start running, run on a track, and use an ipod so you don't get bored.

if you start to get tired slow down to a jog, when you get your breath back start running again

running has done so much for me. i feel great. i'm confident after i come from a run and i really feel a difference. i used to just eat what i wanted then went for a run but im eating more healthier now and running and i feel/see results

You cannot figure this out unless you know how much you are planning on eating, losing wt. is really all about calorie intake, if you were relatively active and weighed about one hundred and twenty five pounds and ate 1200 calories a day, you would lose probably one to two pounds a week, if you ate 2500 calories a day, you might gain wt., see what I mean. You have to do the math, keep a diary or log of what you eat, figure your cal. needs per day, and how much you exercise and you will know. There are many places on the net to figure basic calorie intake and needs per wt. per day. they burn less calories.

20 jumps.? same with these amount of jumps.

So, your problem is losing weight.? do you want to exercise to lose weight but you have no time.? or no endurance to do more exercise.?

WE HAVE THE SAME PROBLEM.

SOLUTION:
Losing weight is possible in two ways.
1. burn calories (like exercise, working, long time waking hours and shorter sleep)
2. Dont put too much Calories inside your body. (like controlling eating, sweet drinking, beer, too much sugar brings lots of calories and this turns into fats. Really!)


WEAKNESS:
1. the moment you stop exercising, you are not burning much calories.
2. the moment you stop controlling your eating habit, you begin to gain back those calories.

i only eat no more than 6 spoons of food a day!

2 spoons of any food in the morning, lunch and supper. if i feel hungry I drink water and water and water. tiresome, isn't it.?

REALITY: it took me sometime to get used to it. but i really lose A LOT of my weight with no exercise.



remember, discipline is the key.


take note: if you need to work a lot, eat some more ( a little more, just enough for the activity) . BUT eat BEFORE the activity, not after.
