I totally agree with equinox, what ind of life is it when you can only just walk, and can't even eat whole food.

My grandma is 81 and very happy, shes not in a retirement home and she is still working
My grandpa is 85 and still goes elk hunting every year, not in a retirement home, and also goes fishing and still drives and what not. Hell he still goes on 3 mile walks outside.
My great aunt is died at 94. She still walked, talked, moved around, and didn't go into a retirement home at all in her life.
Just because your past 80 doesn't mean your life is over. Not if you don't want it to be.
BUT I do think that 134 years old is too long. . for me atleast. I would feel so limited, always wondering when I was going to go. But yeah she did look happy so good for her :)Health Question & Answer

hey, ask an old person in a retirement home if they're happy. if you go past 80, your loved ones die, you need others who don't care about you to take care of you, you don't understand anything about society, you can't do anything you like, and you can't move, mad depressing and there isn't anything you can do about it.
also, I'm not pityful, I'm mature enough @ 16 to understand that there is a time when it's right to go, and it's wayyyyy before 134.
you don't want to live forever, trust me, that's a 13 y/o kid mentality, you want to live the way you are forever, there's a difference between being youthful forever and being an alienated vegetable forever
once your body fails out on you (which none of us can understand), which is at 70ish, life gets pretty pointless, and as long as I feel satisfied about my life, I've got no problem going. I mean if you are alone, heavily impaired phyiscally and mentally, and can't make anything of yourself, can you honestly tell me the point of living 64 more years like that.?
