How do I stop my peanut butter addiction?!


Question: How do I stop my peanut butter addiction.?
For about 3weeks now I've been having peanut butter cravings everday whenever I'm hungry. I have peanut butter sandwiches for breakfast, lunch, and as a snack. I normally take in a lot of peanut butter when I have it, about 1 1\2 sandwiches a meal. What can I do to stop my addiction.?Health Question & Answer

It is all the oil in peanut butter. Ask women. That oil converts into fat and lodges on the hips permanently. you have to do some strenuous exercise to work off that oil before it shows. What slips down the gullet so easily and deliciously translates into hard work to remove. If you are willing to jog 6 km per sandwich, then pig out.
