I went to a meat market today and it was freaking $1.48 a pound. I was very excited by this. I have never seen chicken this cheap beforeHealth Question & Answer

Well I work in a grocery store the meat department actually that about right for a whole chicken $1.49. Everything else goes up depending on the individual part.

Depends on what type of cut. Boneless breast from Costco are the cheapest @ $2.99lb. Thighs usually are much cheaper. I'm the same way though. I found Boneless breasts on sale once for $2.29 and freaked out and bought 8lbs.Health Question & Answer
