Question: Skinny.?Some opinions.?
Hi. I am 18.
1.m 60 cm / 5.24 Feet
I weight 43 kilos / 94 pounds.
Am I too skinny.?
My body is shaped ..I can't say that I don't have b*obs or...the back part....
How do I gain some weight.?
I am have 3 meals a day + extra meals.
Eating everything...chocolates, meat, bread,fast food...everything
But it seems that i can put some weight on me.
What do you think.?Any advices.?

Geesh girl why would you want to put on weight.? If I was you I wouldn't try to add any, because when your 40 and everyone else is plump you'll still have a perfect figure. Be healthy about all of it, don't stack on the weight by eating a bunch of donuts and stuff, because even if your not gaining weight from them you'll still get the high cholesterol and blood clots from them later on. If I was you, eat a reasonable well fit diet, have your meets every day, and leave it at that.Health Question & Answer
far too skinny my love you should be at least 20 pounds heavier. as it seems u have a fat metablism you will have to eat quite a alot.
i say 3500 cals- 4000 which is easily done
try eating like this
breakfast(800 cals)
snack( 600 cals)
lunch( 800 cals)
snack ( 600 cals)
dinner( 800 cals)
snack ( 400 cals)
try protein shakes .... peanut butter..... full fat milk/ yogurt
nuts.. cheese, chocolate.... the odd hamburger....
