cinnamon and raison bagel

activia fat free yogurt
LUNCH( 200 cals)
pret a manger home made soup
ie.. mushroom risotto soup
ham and tomato soup
butternut squash and chickpea
SNACK( 350 cals)
cereal bar
skinny latte
apple/fruit
DINNER ( 400 CALS)
bean stew/ spinach risotto.... (loads of veg)
low fat yogurt
snack( 250 cals) i know not brill but i eat this to stop bingeing
chocolate bar
diet hot choc
i go on 45 minute brisk walk most days and occaisiony 10-15 minute run. i do some stretches and stuff too......
please tell me what you think

You'd be on a deficit of around 800 cals if you factor in the walking, a bit less if you run.

yeah i think ur eating pretty healthy. and its good u treat yourself to chocolate lol. you could cut down from a chcohlate bar everyday to just 4 days, and that would help. and add some lean meat, like chicken or something. also eat lots of veggies and add more water to ur diet. itll take probably a few months but just eat normal and stay active and ull be there in no time!Health Question & Answer
