I have never counted calories. I eat until i am satisfied 3 times a day with snacks in between, all that is really important is that you eat healthy natural foods and you'll be fine.Health Question & Answer
It isn't really about counting...Eat small potions and healthy stuff less sugar my natural stuff and exercises I HATE this part I go to curves it is awesome makes a big difference.
