How often can I eat red meat?!


Question: How often can I eat red meat.?
just a little background here, I just gave up vegetarianism a week ago Wed, I was feeling a little weak, and had lost a bit of weight, I think as a result of the vegetarian diet. Anyhow I made a delicious pot roast and ate it for 4 days straight the beginning of the week, I don't care for ground beef, and prior to my nutty vegetarian phase, I was eating it several times a week, good cuts, like low fat roasts, and filet mignons. If it matters, I am slightly underweight, have good blood pressure, and have no family history of heart disease or cancer.Health Question & Answer

every day is fine. we need some saturated fat in our diet. we also need omega 3s ,and omega 6s and omega 9s as well.
