Haven't worked out for the last two days?!


Question: Haven't worked out for the last two days.?
I usually work out every day. I go to the gym mostly every day and do exercises at home every day including crunches, arm curls, leg raises and calf raises and while I'm at the gym, I do much heavier lifting like bench pressing, etc. I haven't worked out at home yesterday or tonight because I came home really late and was too tired for physical activity. Do you think that will affect my muscles at all .? I usually do pretty strenuous exercises every time I work out. Thanks in advance for the answers.Health Question & Answer

Nah man, it's not gonna hurt. You really should be doing this on a weekly basis. Btw, you shouldn't work the same muscle groups every day of the week. You're not giving it time to recooperate. There are some muscles you could work more times a week than others, such as your abs and your sides compared to your chest, but you want to give each muscle group at the VERY least 1 day of rest out of the week.Health Question & Answer
