Question: Is Exercise for 15 minutes pointless.?
I workout every morning around two am because I work graveyard and that is the only time I can fit it in my schedule. I usually only have time for fifteen minutes sometimes 20 is it pointless.? my heart rate stays between 165 and 188.Health Question & Answer

do that exercise
breakfast; milk with high bran cereals
then lunch: salad
exercise before dinner
and have dinner
