Being a girl, i think she is relatively at a good weight. She is just a bit chubby, but i don't think it will be risking her health (Unless she snacks on food all the time she might be at risk) In the contrary, you shouldn't be worried about this, she's your girlfriends, you should except her how she is, the only time you should be worried is if she has health issues. Don't confront her about her weight, that would be a bad move, she might become angry and eat more, (angry people eat to fill the holes) If you are worried about her (thats only if she has health issues) you should start going to the gym regularly, and then after a couple of weeks invite her as well, this way she doesn't get all suspicious and say "what...why is he taking me to the gym all of a sudden...he never goes to the gym...he probably thinks im fat" sorry to say so, but thats the way we girls think. Yeah you are pretty much in the dog house if she finds out about this. About your question, a healthy weight can be determined by a BMI chart. All you need to know is her height and weight and it will tell you if she is healthy or not for her stats. Honestly though, it shouldn't really matter to you what she weighs unless you are truly concerned about her health. But she looks pretty healthy to me. Hope this helped!
