Question: Trying to loose weight.Do u gain weight if u eat banana.?
Ok I have started an excercise programme and started looking after my diet.
I like to eat one banana a day with yoghurt as a snack.

Is it ok or not.?.?.?/

Because I heard bananas are high in carbs and sugars.

But please tell me that one banana a day and yogurt as a snack isn't all you're eating! The sentence isn't phrased very well...is that all you're eating.? If you're doing that, then you're killing yourself. Or is your snack yogurt with banana.?

Anyways, bananas are good for you. High in Potassium, high in fiber, high in Vitamin B, high in iron. All things you need to replenish if you're dieting. Banana's are higher in carbs and sugars then a lot of other fruits, however, they have a lot of good things in them for you. They have about 80 calories in them, where as most fruits would have around 30. However, a 100 cal pack of a snack (chips or something sweet) would have more calories, and nothing nutritional in them. A banana would be fine for a snack, but maybe not everyday.?
