well as i told about my wight and height. im actually lucky that im tall cause if i wasnt i would have looked fat!! and for a teenage like me its hard cause i lose self confidence! my weekneses are sweets, im addicted if i dont get sweets i get head aches. also junk foods such as hungry jacks!! so any tips of getting rid of these junkies and some advice and excersice would do!! but i need an answer quick cuz summer is almost here and im going somwhere so i need to lose 20 kgs in atleast 2 months!! please help me im desperate!! please help me as soon as possible.

I can't tell you how to lose weight in a safe and fast way,
but i will say that you should look at your life style, not just for the 2 months while you're losing weight, but long term as well, otherwise you'll just pile the weight back on.

75% of a healthy diet should be raw vegies, leafy greens and fruit etc
don't eat a lot of meat esp. red meat.
People may say that if you don't eat meat you'll be iorn deficient and stuff, NOT TRUE there are other ways to get iorn, (pasley, homus)

you say that you get head aches when you don't eat sweets,
the brain runs on glucose,
see if you can find a food that has natrual sugar in it,
no i don't mean "natrual confecionary"
try fruits like strawberries and the like,
fish is good for your brain too!

as for junkfoods like hungry jacks...
when do you usually eat food like that.? is it when you're in town.?
take food with you, a salad samwidge or something else like that, it's healthy and saves money ;)
or get food from somewhere else, subway, chinese.?

exersise is a definate thing you need to do, as does everyone, what type of area do you live in.? are you near a large park or reserve, or in the suburbs.? if you live in the suburbs you could go for a walk around the block, take your ipod (or mp3) and set a goal for yourself,
say you decide to walk one or two blocks down the street and then back, don't worry how long it takes you, so long as you set the goal and stick to it, and depending how much you want to push yourself is how far you go, 3, 4 blocks or more. it's better to decide on a distance rather than a time... but once you decide on the distance you could challenge yourself to do it in x amount of time.
and excersise doesn't have to be tedious, walking can be a good way to relax and take some time out for yourself.
and once you've lost the weight... keep on walking!!
swimming is also good if you live near a pool and can afford to go regulary.

DON'T SKIP MEALS
eat your proper meals but make sure they are healthy,
it is NOT healthy to skip meals.
