Question: What else can I do to lose weight faster.?
I am trying eat, less process food eg. food that come out of a box, tin or pack. I mostly eat fruit, veg's, nuts and meat. I drink 2 litres of water but I am hardly lose any kilos. I need to lose a lot of weight and I have tried so many diets, Health Question & Answer

You are definitely eating & drinking right but give yourself some time for the weight to come off. Unfortunately weight reduction happens at irregular intervals, so even though you appear not to be losing any weight right now, over time it will eventually (usually slowly) come down to your desired limit. Exercise also helps, so if you can do any like walking a bit (start slowly & then gradually increase distance) this will also help in your efforts to lose weight.
