swimming is probably the best thing you can do to lose weight. if there is a swim team she can join, that would be fun, and a really good way to stay healthy and in shape. i was on a swim team last summer and it was really hard but fun. i was not trying to lose weight but i did anyways.
the best part about swimming, is that ou dont have to stretch because you stay really loose in the water
jogging is always good too.

vegetables are really great, but if you boil them, the water sucks out a lot of the vitamins and minerals, so unless you drink the water that you boiled it in, you don't really get anything out of it. Health Question & Answer

she doesnt really need to lose weight. unless, that is, she is short. when i was ten, i weighed about 95 pounds, so i guess she could lsoe a few pounds. she should eat vegetables and foods low in calories and fats.Health Question & Answer
