Answers:
F.I.T.T. acronym we use in the military to describe an effective workout.
F - Frequency - How often you work out in each exercise.
I - Intensity - How hard your working yourself. The harder your work out the better your results (at a safe do-able level)
T - Time - How many repetitions or time based length is it.
T - Technique - Different techniques are used to get the same workout and cause less stress from doing the same boring exercise over and over.

far as jogging is concerned, dont jog run. When you feel the need to walk dig deep into the reason why your exercising and use that motivation to fuel you. Once again do not walk unless you for respiratory or heart problems slow down to a jog to keep your heart rate going so you get an effective cardio work out.

also a tip if your legs are hurting during your run/jog make sure you take the time to run stairs, do lunges, and squats they help build the calves. also make sure you eat lots of potassium so there is less lactic acid your muscles make which stops the muscles sores your get after work outs.Health Question & Answer
