How do i make my arms "wider"?!


Question: How do i make my arms "wider".?
i know how to build muscle but they seem to look thin not so wide i wanna widen them as make them bulkier not just thin a thick i want wideness..will it come naturally w/ growth of my arms or what.?
my arms seems to be the hardest to get to grow is is effective to work out chest w/ bi's and back w/ tri's or oppisite what do u thinks more effective and why.?Health Question & Answer


Answers:
Biceps are a small muscle group. So there best growth will always be while gaining weight. It is hard to put a lot of size on them otherwise.

To answer this question I can personally only tell you what has worked the best for me. Remember everyone is different. For me a breakdown of chest/bis and back/tris would work fine. I know a lot of people do chest/tris and back/bis but I feel I get A lot more out of the workout if I am not working a muscle group that is effecting the other, causing me to go lighter on the 2nd muscle group.

edit - I am not sure if your tris will be able to recover by tuesday since it is so close. I dont know though, it is hard for me to give advice on something like that cause i dont know how your body reactsHealth Question & Answer

You can always vary the workout and switch off somewhat. When you do chest, that's at least four to five different movements to exhaustion, you're working more tri's then bi's. So doing tri's with chest is a good workout for those because they're already working hard and are easy to push to the next level. For wider arms include hammer curls with the routine. You can load up on these. It wouldn't be hard to use 30's or 35's for that movement. Just don't overload the forearm. If you begin to feel it more there, cut back on the weight some. A slight variation by bringing that movement up and then angle it towards you chin will kick up the volume on that move. You're still growing a lot you really don't need to push fo hard. Remember, you have all the muscle fibers you'll even get the day you were born..all you're doing is making the ones you have larger, not creating new fibers. Even the Ronnie Colman's and Jay Cutler's have the same fibers they were born with. it's just with steroids they can expand them to the freakish look they have.Health Question & Answer
