Question: How to workout without getting bulky.?
I want to build my body but I don't want to have bulging muscles. So what kind of workout should I do.? Am I supposed to stop working out after I get the desired body.?Health Question & Answer

Yeah man, keep working out after you reach your goal, you never know, your body could get even better. And try doing a lot of cardio like situps, pushups and especially jogging. also, try and get some light dumbells maybe for circuit training. Good luck dude!Health Question & Answer
