Is eating fruits for breakfast a good plan to lose weight?!

Question: Is eating fruits for breakfast a good plan to lose weight.?
Of course, the first thing before eating breakfast is hitting the gym.
Then, I eat the fruits for breakfast. I have heard that eating fruits makes you want to go to the bathroom more and lose more weight. Is this true.?Health Question & Answer

Eating fruit in the morning is an excellent start to the day. But what you eat the rest of the day will also have an impact on how much weight you lose. I recommend a whole foods, plant-based diet. I adopted this diet about 8 months ago and easily lost 25 pounds. No meat, dairy, or egggs and no processed foods. Eliminating meat and toxins allows your body to shed fat more quickly. See the site below for suggested meal plans.Health Question & Answer

You've got the right idea with the fruits, but the wrong idea in terms of the benefit...yeah, it keeps the system moving efficiently, so to speak, but it's not the "going to the bathroom" that is going to ultimately make a difference with wt. loss, and the benefit is more in the vitamins and minerals and other nutritional aspects. Plus, you're hydrating your body...fruits have lots of water obviously and that's super important for weight loss and exercise.

Porridge, honey and prunes make a cracking breakfast. After your trip to the gym have a hearty bowl of the Scots food. It is a slow release oat cereal that is really healthy and will stop the urge to snack. Another bowl at lunch time with a banana and honey will set you up for the afternoon. The fastest way to lose weight is to cut out all wheat products and fats. A sensible evening meal and a little light exercise, a jog or power walk in the evening will round off your day.Health Question & Answer

Fruits are healthy
But fruits contain ALOT of sugar.
And you can gain weight if you eat a lot of fruit, especially the ones rich in carbs/sugars etc.
Just because you go to the toilet more often doesn't mean you'lll lose weight.
I mean, a bad chinese take away will make you go to the toilet quick, that doesn't mean you will lose weight

And the weight you lose from the early toilet going will be put back on I guarantee you
Its not long term weight lossHealth Question & Answer

your metabolism in the morning is at its peak. so sure, eating fruits is healthy and low in fat, and may help you lose weight. but if you are going to the gym i suggest eating a bigger meal with protein before going, or a little before and a little after. i usually make a bacon egg and cheese sandwich on toast in the am and then use the elliptical for about 20 minutes before work. fills me up fast with smaller portions, gives me plenty of energy for exercizing, and tastes yummy!Health Question & Answer

ok i have tried LOTS and what i found out was... eat breakfast first...make sure u hav protiens in it...wait about 25 minutes to left the food digest then make sure u burn off more then u ate calorie wise... hope i helped...and also if u excersise in the morning...do te same at night about 1/2 hour b4 bed... then dnt eat after 8-9pm so there will not b any calories to store fat in your body!!
