Question: How can I do it.? It's so hard for me!.?
I want to lose weight.

I need to. I have a wide bone structure anyway. Broad shoulders and all that.

Ok, please help me.

I can't lose weight easily. I have to still eat the meals my Mum cooks, and I am so busy with schoolwork, I barely have the time to excercise. But I have to make time.

What shall I do about school meals.?

Please don't paste stuff off websites, it really doesn't apply. I have little control of what I eat...and I don't have access to a lot of ingredients.

How can I make my life healthier.? What should I not eat.? (e.g. ketchup) How and when should I excercise.?

Oh please help. I am feeling really huge right now. I just saw a photograph of myself. I mean, I don't have a full-length mirror, and I am pretty ugly, so I tend to avoid them anyway.

But now it is crunch time. I am 14. I think I better lose weight now, before I get much older and it is a lot harder to lose.

Well, to start, simply just thinking healthy.. before you eat an unhealthy food just think to yourself, "do I really need this.? I know i will feel terrible after I eat it, jsut walk away." It really works and you will feel powerfull cause you can control yourself.

another thing that helps Is to replace one of your daily meals with a salad. For instance, everyday for lunch instead of getting a hamburger , hop in the salad bar line. You will feel a huge increase in energy just after a few weeks.

NO FAST FOOD.. Its simply terrible for your health. humans were not designed for that kind of food.

NO CARBONATED DRINKS.. Yes this includes pop. Pop is pure sucrose, and guess what sucrose turns into.? FAT!

Breakfast- This will jumpstart your metabolism and make you feel alot better in the A.M. I would recomend some whole wheat cereals with any type of 100% juice.

Try lifting wights and doing some various workouts, even just 20 minutes a day will make you feel better about yourself.

Now everybody might break down and need a snack once and awhile so this is what I do:

To replace pop I've perfected the art of making fruit smoothies! Its acually really fun to try different combonations of fruit and things :)
But wait , don't fruits have alot of sugar.? True. but it is a different type of sugar compared to pop, candy , etc.. Fruits contain Fructose, while all of your manmade sweets contain Sucrose. The difference is sucrose breaks down to fast for the body to handle resulting in storing it as fat while fructose breaks down much slower allowing the body to use it as it needs it therefore boosting your energy :)

Need a snack.? dont pick up a bag of chips or oreos... Grab an apple. or any type of fruit in that case. ew just a plain apple.? Wrong you can spice it up a bit for example an apple with peanut butter can be very satasfiying a great source of protien, while filling you up at the same time.

Its not going to be easy :) but if you work at it you will get results! whats a life worth living if your not living it how you'd like to live it!

Eat about 5 or 6 small meals a day.

Try to cut out refined sugar.

Eat fruit and vegetable every meal.

Do cardio work for 30 mins every day, and try to change it up. (Swimming one day, then jogging another, then biking another, and then a sport, etc etc)

focus on lifting weights, do some cardio aswell but make sure you do some weight lifting. Not alot, but its very helpful in losing fat.
Changing diet will do very little, you need to make time to goto a gym.

It is a bad thing not to eat breakfast. you need that fuel to jumpstart your metabollism!
