Is my work out routine efficient?!


Question: Is my work out routine efficient.?
I'm 18 years old female 125 lbs 5'4
I've been working out and my main focus is burning some fat, especially in the tummy area.

I do about 2 miles on the Elliptical machine and 2 miles on the treadmill
Then I do some ab workouts for about ten minutes
And then idk what else to do with myself.

I need some help. More ab exercises, most efficent time and use of cardio.. etc. .?.?

you do not need more ab exercises.

more importantly than your cardio is your diet. You have to get that in order as well. at your current bodyweight, you should be eating approx. 1500 calories. there are many ways to break up that 1500, but that is up to you. you can go low carb. or moderate carbs. whatever you like. i always recommend very low carbs since that works the best for 75% of the population.

also add in some weight lifting. muscle burns alot of calories. just sitting there.

1) proper diet.
2) cardio
3) weight lifting.

you need all 3 to maximize your fat loss.

start off with 30 mins every day of cardio. do this until your fat loss stalls. then add 10 mins. when your fat loss stalls, add another 10 mins. etc etc.

our body needs progression to eliminate plateaus.
