Question: How many sit ups should I do a day.?
Should I do sit ups everyday to get abs.?When I do sit up I get a burn feeling on my abs is that good or bad and should I keep going.?Health Question & Answer

Start with 3 series with 10 repetitions. Pause between series should be about 1 minute and 3 seconds. You should exercise every second day.

Yes, sit ups everyday should get you better abs. also do some cardio to burn the fat in your core area.

Everyone is different. You should do as many as you can. When you feel that burn, that's when your muscles are working it's hardest. Once it starts to hurt, try to push yourself and do two or three more.Health Question & Answer
