Question: GOOD DIET FOR 13 YEAR OLD.?.?.?.? PLZ HELP.?
im 14 in 6 days and im 5'4 and 125 pounds... i feel very overweight and would like to know a healthy fast weight loss diet thats easy..

first of all you are not over weight! but if you want to lose weight you can get rid of bread and high carbs like soda, pasta, cookies/ five small meals a day 3 of them are special K cereal, one a salad, and nice healthy meal like baked chicken. etc. an hour of excercise in the morning before eating! like treadmill or jump robe or even dancing! anything cardio in nature and a half hour before dinner if you have a stationed bike half hour burns 500 calories of course you have to do fast paddling! Eat healthy foods
Don't eat foods with so much fat
Stay away from chocolates.
Consume only a little amount of rice because it has carbohydrates.
Eat 3 hours before you sleep.
Eat dinner before 6pm.
Don't site or lie down 15 minutes after you eat.
And most of all you need EXERCISE!

Eat lots of healthy snacks. Stay away from sodas ESPECIALLY DIET SODAS!! And junk food like potato chips, and try to limit your intake on chicken,pork,and beef. Heres some healthy snack ideas.

Cut all ur meals in half...
ONLY EAT ONE HALF!
I live in colorado and i was going on a skool trip to california and for lik 2 weeks i cut all mi meals in half and i lost 6 lbs...

Dont eat inbetween meals
only drink water
