Ok well the obvious is exercise and diet. Just cut out most sugars, fat, and lower your carbohydrate intake. (including all drinks other than water) Try to also limit your portion sizes. Check for portions on the back of the box and try to make sure that you are not eating more than that. also try to take in 1500-2000 calories per day, no more. You should exercise everyday, not just once a week. Simply take a 15 minute walk, or buy a workout dvd or something. Even getting some weights and a stability ball will help. Try to get a minimum of 25 mins per day though.

Basically just watch what you eat and exercise. Im not saying NEVER eat a cookie or anything, but limit yourself. In no time you'll acheive your goal!!

O and if you want to keep track of what you eat, exercise, get motivation, etc. I reccomend going to www.thedailyplate.com! Its a great site, check it out!!

Good luck with your goals!!!

Well you know the obvious, that you are obiese. I suggest doing a one hour work out on a regular basis. Find time for that. also try to eat healthier. No sugars, fats, junk food. Everything fresh and healthy. And to speed up the process I think you should get a weight loss pill or drink. I think Ultra Lean Green Tea or a high quality pill should do that for you. I use ultra lean green tea, I actually just started too. Hope I helped :)

pps, getting a book about dieting is a good idea also. I recommend The Abs Diet for Women.Health Question & Answer

For some people, cutting out all soda helps a lot.
Drinking more water (not sugared drinks) will help.

And exercising more will mean you're burning more calories. Strength training is good, because muscles will burn more calories even when you're not exercising.Health Question & Answer

exercise and though you'll feel like giving up,
just keep thinking of how badly you want to lose weight.Health Question & Answer

Health Question & Answer

er. wow. okay.... eat healthily, cut out all foods from packages(it's hard, but it works!) eat only whole wheat bread, nonfat milk, and absolutely no soda! have at least one fruit and/or vegetable a meal, and if you need a snack, it should be fruit, vegetables, nonfat yogurt, or nonfat cottage cheese. you should be eating five light meals a day(work into it, please don't become anorexic!) your heaviest meal should be in the morning, gradually decreasing the amounts of food.

as for exercise, once a week is not enough. swimming really helps people lose weight, try swimming laps say 3 times a week, start out with 20 laps, and gradually work your way up. in one summer, i went from swimming 20 laps to swimming 70 on a regular basis, and 100 once or twice a week! walk for half an hour to 45 minutes a day, and if you feel up to it, run. ride your bike or walk to school, and take up a sport. swimming and doing your fitness thing isn't enough. participate as much as you can in PE. ask your family for support, ask them to bike, run, rollerblade, swim, eat healthily, walk, play basketball with, etc. with you
hope this helped!Health Question & Answer
