fud and lack of excercise. i used to be 55 -57 kgs before. so now i want to shed off the excess 8 kgs so that my weight is appropriate to my height. so how long will it take me to loose 8kgs. Pls suggest the best way and i'm desperate to loose weight. pls pls plssHealth Question & Answer

Best thing to do is not to follow any of these crazy diet plan. I have tried them all and they suck! They drain your energy, fill you with pills or starve you. In order to lose weight you need to change your diet and exercise habit. What you need to do is find healthy foods that you like and put together a meal plan. (Make veggies and fruits apart of your meals)

Remember - It's all about portion control! You have to listen to your body, don't stuff yourself to the point that you can breath. Eat enough so that your satisfied. also don't eat because your board, sad or anything like that.

Cut down the junk food, only allow yourself to have junk food as a treat for yourself. So on one day of the week have only one small bag of chips or 2-3 cookies. BUT only do this if you have been exercising and eating right.

Exercise 4 to 5 times a week, even if it's just a 30 min walk do something. Everything helps. I started out exercising 2 to 3 times a week. But now I exercise 5 to 6 times a week. After about a week or so you're going to feel a difference in your body and your energy. So on those day that you really don't want to work out push yourself to get up and do it.

Theres different ways to work out, you can sign up at a gym, go jogging, swimming, play sports and/or buy exercise DVDs

I find that it help if you find exercise DVD that is of interest to you. I love to dance so I got so Hip Hop workouts, and some Hula and belly dancing cardio. There all fun and have great results. Yoga and palates are great for those days that your stress or sore. I alternate my dvds.

You can also set yourself a goal. For example, running in a 5K or riding your bike foe 45 min.

-Don't punish yourself if you do pig out or didn't get the chance to work out. It's okay to mess up some times, in my case every Friday night when I go out, I enjoy myself I know that tomorrow I'll just work it out. :)

The most important thing to remember is not to feel discorage everything takes time and you have to put the effort to it. There is no miracle weight lose diet or pill. You just have to eat in portions, eat right, and exercise.

1. do yoga every day at 6:00pm............
2. go gym............
3. eat an apple before eating your lunch............
4. exercise regularly(most common)
5. drink a glass of hot water regularly.
