Question: Is 75g of (unshelled) pistachios per day too much.?
Answers:
I only know the calorie count for shelled cashews because I eat them - around 580 calories for 100 gms, so for 75 gm shelled that would be around 435 calories, so weigh them the next time you shell some and work it out from there.
As for too much, it depends what else you are eating and your activities.
They are good though, low in sodium, no cholesterol and high in magnesium. I love them.
