How do I loose 7kg in 5 weeks?!


Question: How do I loose 7kg in 5 weeks.?
I will be in my healthy body weight range if I loose that much. What do I do.? Please don't give me longggggggg diets with quantities please. Just be frank and from personal experiance.

I did the 40 hour famine once and I lost 3 kg but I still had a smilar sized gut. Is that because I only lost water weight.?

What do I do to loose this weight in about mmmmm 5 or 6 weeks.?

Answers:
Loosing weight consists of eating right, and doing isometric, and cardio excercises.

To start, be careful of what you eat. Try and keep more vegetables on your plate than you do meat. also, watch portion control. Don't starve yourself, but think "Do I really need that second portion of food.?" If you have dessert, try and limit it. Don't have it everyday, or even every other day. It's nice to have as a treat, but once to twice a week at the most is enough.

Next comes cardio excercise. Running, and Cycling are good forms of getting excercise. And it's summer down there, so swimming is fantastic too. Try and incude at least a 1/2 hr a day doing some sort of cardio excercise. you don't have to go and run for 1/2 hour all at once. Maybe do it in 10 minute periods.

Isometric excercise, is where you will build muscle and tone. Push-ups, sit-ups, pull-ups, lunges, all great ways to trim down.
Maybe try.....
100 push-ups a day
300 sit-ups a day
15 pull-ups a day
100 lunges a day.

There are many other isometric excercises you can do. You can increase and decrease these as you feel necessary. also, you don't have to do them all at one time, spacing them out throughout your day will work too.

2 litres of water (not sure what metric system you use) DAILY!!!
plenty, plenty plenty of sleep - i find that when i sleep longer my stomach is flatter when i wake up.
3 meals a day and no snacking in between at all
chicken and pork are great lean meats,
make it high protein as this makes your energy work more efficiently and your body will keep burning fat to energy. cheese, eggs and nuts.
make it a palm sized peice of meat.
never ever skip meals, it will cuase your body to keep the fat longer in your body for energy as its not sure when you will feed yourself again.
