I want to loose 30 pounds in 3 months. Can you help me? Also, The Biggest Looser?!

Question: I want to loose 30 pounds in 3 months. Can you help me.? also, The Biggest Looser.?
ok so in 3 months my son will be a year old and on that day i really want to be able to say that i have lost 100 lbs to the day since my son was born. Right now i have lost a lot of weight from a number of reasons... first i have a son now and am always doing things for him, then i started weight watchers after he was about 6 weeks old.... I lost a lot of weight on weight Watchers..... Then i thought i was ok to stop but i gained about 5 pounds back and now i made the goal that i want to loose 30 more pounds before his 1st birthday.....

I pretty much want to know detailed ways of doing this.... I know i could keep on weight watchers but i kinda hit a block on that where i was not loosing anymore weight. I have a sister who lost over 30 lbs in 2 months so i know it can be done. (I just want to hear other suggestions than what she did.)

If anyone is on weight watchers i would love to hear from you too... Ways to keep my weight watchers going or re-kick off me loosing weight on it again. also some reciepes for that. Simples ones...

also, biggest looser. I know they have a vary low cal daily meals but i want to know exactly what one of those has for the day. I know they have a cook book but it is really not what they are eating on the show because you can see that when they are eating.

Please help me to loose this 30 pounds! I know it will be hard.... I know i should eat 6 meals..... I know i need to work out.....

I need ways to do all that or maybe other ways to go about loosing weight and also some recipes. Maybe Zero Calorie meals.?.?.?.?.?Health Question & Answer

Congrats on the birth of your son and also your weight loss. Don't give up on Weight Watchers. Everyone hits a plateau, especially if you tend to eat the same foods each day.

I've been on WW for 5 years. I lost 113 lbs. It took me 2 years and 5 months to do it. Because it too me that length of time, the program is an automatic part of my life. I weight, measure, and write down EVERYTHING I eat. I also pay attention to calories as well as count points.

The first time I hit a plateau, my leader suggested the following:
1) For one week, keep track of the calories for each food you eat as well as the points. To do so, simple log onto to calorieking.com, type in the food you'd like the nutritional facts for, and type in the weight or size of the food. (You might be surprised to learn that you've been under calculating your points.) Weight Watchers points all have a calorie equivalent. Example: 18 points = 1,050 calories. Add 50 calories for each additional 2 points. So, 20 points = 1100 calories. You'll find that it's possible to eat your allotted points, but be over the calorie equivalent by as much as 300 calories. That's what causes the plateau or sometimes a weight gain.
2) If you tend to eat pretty much the same old things everyday, try changing around your foods. Sometimes you can break the plateau by simply eating what you might have for breakfast... for dinner.
3) Make sure you drink at least 48 oz of water.
4) Check out your Core Foods list. Those tend to be fewer calories and points because of the fiber content. They are also foods that are more healthy.
5) Track, track, track... and attend meetings.

I hope that helps. Good luck!

PS: I will celebrate the 4th anniversary of reaching my goal on Nov. 8.Health Question & Answer

If you have hit a plateau you might benefit from eating higher calories one day and lower calories the next day. This is supposed to keep your body from adjusting to receiving the same amounts everyday, resulting in breaking the plateau you seem to be on.Health Question & Answer
