How to fight off cravings?!
Question: How to fight off cravings.?
I have recently decided to lose some weight so I do not become a fat ***, but I am having the most difficult time fighting cravings! I do not have cravings for chocolate or stuff like that, but more for salty and cheesy snacks like Salt and Vinegar chips and stuff like that. How can I fight off these cravings so I do not sabotage my diet.?Health Question & Answer

Well I eat little of it- or a substitute.
Like when I craved bagels I bought one and cut 1/8 and ate it with my breakfast
& when I want chocolate I eat coco puffs instead.
And I totally know what you mean about salt& vinegar chips!! Try to eat it slowly and with small bites- and don't eat past 6/7.Health Question & Answer

Get away from the snacks. Go run, hang out with friends, go shopping, take a hike! Anything to get out as much as possible. Try to stay busy, so you won't have time to gorge yourself in delicious, fat snacks.Health Question & Answer
