How many push ups and sit ups should a 14 year old girl?!


Question: How many push ups and sit ups should a 14 year old girl.?
hi am 13 almost 14 in nov. 2
am 5'4 tall
112 lb.

i usually can do about 15 push ups
and 60 sit ups

is that normal.?

sit ups sounds good, push yourself a few times a week though until you can't do anymore.

as for the push ups, work on those. i'm 14 turning 15 and i usually do 40-45.Health Question & Answer

okay, you have to do the drop test
well thats what i call its atleast
do as many puch ups as you can
keep going untill you feel like your dying
keep count of that number
divide it my 3, and do a third of you capability
three times a day
do the same for other excersizes
