Why is it I've put ON weight when I've been watching what I eat and exercising more?!
Question: Why is it I've put ON weight when I've been watching what I eat and exercising more.?
I know it's only been 4 days, but compared to when I weighed myself 4 days ago - since then, I've been eating really healthy (compared to how I used to eat!) and working out for an extra hour a day, plus walking more.
I felt really good about it, and I was certain I'd have easily lost 2 lbs by the end of the week.... But 4 days in... the scales tell me I've put on a pound!
How could this be do you think.?
Another mystery is, a while ago now... when I was eating healthy, exercising, etc, etc.... I was on a roll for a good 2 months or so (before I lapsed) and then all of a sudden, started binge eating on just junk! McDonald's, milkshakes... you name it, everything fattening you could think of! (big mistake)
YET... I lost 4 lbs in just over a week, which I'd never done before.
I'm just a little confused by all this that's all.Health Question & Answer
