protects nerve cells & red blood cells & to be able to make DNA.

Where B12.?
B-12 is found in fish, shellfish, meat, and dairy products

PS - if you lack b-12, one of the signs are dark bluish splotches on your skin...they kinda look like small bruises and might be mistaken for bruises (just FYI)Health Question & Answer

I dunno what foods it is in but you need it to absord iron! I only know this cos Im amemic and have to take a B12 tablet an hour before I take my iron ones! Ewww hate it!!!
