healthy eating and exercise. I suggest cutting all pop (coke, dr pepper) out of your diet and stick with water. also cut back on your sugar intake and eat 5 small meals a day. also 128 is not a heavy weight unless you under 5'4or so. So maybe you don't even need to lose weight. May trying doing pilates or yoga and just tone up.Health Question & Answer
