A question about pilates?!


Question: A question about pilates.?
I am trying to lose about 30 pounds and I have a pilates tape (about a 30 minute workout) which I have recently started doing each day. I find the workout challenging and it gets my heart pumping. I am also doing my best to eat healthy. I am wondering if pilates will help me to lose weight, or if it will only help with toning.? Any tips or advice would be welcome. I used to do pilates (stares at fat belly). If you are eating healthy and regularly doing pilates it will tone and may shed a few pounds. Some depends on your metabolism. You may want to add walking to your regime to break up possible monatany to your routine. Walking is one of the best ways to lose weight.Health Question & Answer
