hi.

Antioxidants help you to remove free radicals in your tissues, after weight or cardio training. If you not remove them you will make your recovery slower and more difficult.

For example after weight training your muscles are exhausted and contain free radicals - product of oxidized food.

So if you remove free radicals you will be able to do your training after short time.

Antioxidant Foods:
1) Cherries
2) Lemons
3) Grape
4) Red Wine
5) Most of the fruits, which contain C group vitamins
6) Black chocolate
7) Cocoa
