Question: Trying to lose my belly. Been doing the tread mill and lifting. I go 2 to 3 times a week. .?
Should I step it up, going more times. I want to lose 40 lbs in 4 months. My calorie intake is 1500 to 2000. When I work out it for 90 min. Any suggestions.? Health Question & Answer
