Question: Is it not a good workout unless your muscles burn the next day.?
Answers:
I think its only supposed to burn when you're getting back in shape, like the first few days or weeks you start working out. But if you've been doing it for a while, then it doesnt burn cuz your body is used to it.But if you just started working out and your muscles dont burn the next day it may just mean they'll burn the day after.? well it used to happen to me.it could also mean that your muscles are stronger and the workout didnt realy hurt them.

Burning muscles are not good for your physical health. A am a gym professional and help people with physical activities. If your muscles burn that means that you should do less muscle workout. If you dont stop you might get muscle cramps, Headaches, and fever.

Well, I work out a lot because I swim competetively,
so I work out pretty harshly; I always hurt. But that
is because I follow really hard workouts, so if you
don't burn at all the next day, step it up a knotch,
