you need sups to gain weight, yes you have to eat to grow but sups like amino acid, protein ,creatine, weight gainer, vitamines and others are essential to releasing the true potential to what you want to achieve. i would say keep a high caloric diet with carbs. make sure you watch the carb intake if you start getting flabby cut them back till you lean out, as for gaining weight if your only 132lbs you probebly cant eat 700 calories (healthy) in one sitting you will get full too quick so get some weightgainer it has alot of cals per serving (shake) and you take it several times a day. make sure you take in 1.5 or 2 grams of protein per pound of bodyweight a day its also a shake and protein is the building block for muscle to grow. if you dont take anything else use protein. just remember it takes time, although there are faster ways..... stay healthy and good luck Health Question & Answer

don't take supplements they are a waste of money. Eat more..... but dont eat more fat. Just intake more calories per day and you will gain weight, but continue to work out so it does not turn to fat. Health Question & Answer
