Post Workout Supplement Timing (Creatine and Protein)?!

Question: Post Workout Supplement Timing (Creatine and Protein).?
If I take creatine and protein as post workout supplements, how am I supposed to take them both at the same time.? Everyone tells me you should take creatine immediately after your workout and people tell me the same about protein. How can I possibly do this, I feel sick enough after drinking all that creatine, and then you're supposed to drink protein.? Would it be just as effective if I took my protein an hour after working out.?Health Question & Answer

Answers:
Take creatine an hour before you workout. Creatines main purpose is to supply your muscles with more energy in the form of ATP. Creatine finds a way to bind ADP's (adenosine diphosphate-no energy) to make ATP's faster then your body does. Basically it makes your muslces work harder and rip more. Take the protein after your workout because the creatine opens up those muslces from all that tearing which means they are filled with blood and nutrients. Protein will help build it back. Be sure to eat carbs after to restore gycogen stores to help protein do its job. Take creatine only once a day (training days) and protein shake after your workout or b4 bed or both on training days.
