You are talking about a major amount of weight loss here! First, come up with a solid exercise plan that you will stick with. To make it a little easier to follow, ask a friend to join you. That will help you stick to your plans. also, the amount of calories you are eating might not be the problem. Have you considered that you may just be eating too much.? Everyone out there knows what I mean (i.e. You're eating that burger and you are very full, but it's so good that you decide to finish it anyways.) Try reducing your portion sizes a little bit. Eat at least one fiber filled food a day too because it will help you feel full longer because fiber is harder for your body to digest. Another thing...no fast food or soda! Yes if you continue to do what you are doing then you will definitely loose it in few months. I think you should also change your workouts a bit. Jog for one week, ride a bike the next week, climb stairs, play a sport - do different things. If you do the same workout all the time your body gets use to it and it won't have a high effect. Hi, 60 lbs is a lot to lose but you can do it with some very hard work and discipline. Of course you will need that when you hit the Air Force any way. My son is a Marine and just got back from Iraq.

i did pilates and i lost 30 pounds

i did that everyday tho for like a hour and a half
and then i worked out for another half hour
so if ur willing 2 work out 2 hours a day
u can do it
and NO CANDY
try to eat a lot of chicken and fish and veggies that was basically all i ate
