How can I lose 10 pounds in a month?!


Question: How can I lose 10 pounds in a month.?
Im 17 y/o female, im 5'3 and i weigh 113 pounds i wanna get down to 103 by formal which is a little bit over a month away. Losing the weight isn't my essential goal even toning up so i look 10 pounds lighter would be nice. So which would be the best way to achieve this goal.? I have a gym membership also so exercise is possible lol.Health Question & Answer

Go RAW, it called the living food, all fresh veggies and fruit!! salds, nuts etc, eat as much as you want, you'll do a lot of detox, if you need more information google it, it really works, but you'll be dizzy for the first 2 weeks thats normal so don't be alarmed, because your body is adjusting itself to the diet, ^^ trust me, it worked for me and my brother

IMHO, the best way to lose weight is to lose it healthily. I don't think it is a good idea to risk your health just to look good. Anyway, adopt healthy lifestyle habits. Eat healthily and more fruits and vegetables, exercise and drink more water.

WEll u can do it like what that guy said about the berry stuff or the hard way: stay away from carbohydrates/fat, exericse daily (burning 3500 calories = 1 pound).

Well wat i said earlier is idealistic but i don't think its possbile.? i mean ucan probably lose the weight but the temptation to eat is high.
