Yes, but only if you play more than a couple songs, and only if you can break a sweat while playing. Playing easy mode where you take a step every couple beats won't do much, but if you're playing medium or hard, it's really good cardio.Health Question & Answer
YES! On some of of the later games of DDR, it has an exercise program that you can customize to show how much calories you burn. also, I heard that some schools include DDR in their P.E. classes just for fun exercise. lolHealth Question & Answer
